Disabled children are suffering?

I just read a comment on here that really hit home with me. The comment included a sentence that said "disabled children suffer daily". My daughter is diagnosed with Spina Bifida and is technically disabled. I don't feel like my daughter suffers at all much less every day. I understand there are those who struggle day to day but does that also mean they "suffer". Just wanting others opinions on this.
