Success with an exercise ball?

Nope, Nada. Have been doing it non stop since 37 weeks and no baby still! No symptoms of labour either.

I bounced all day one day and the next day I woke up to my water breaking not sure if it was because of the ball or not 🙊 but hopefully it works for you !:)

It has not worked on me I have Been 1cm dilated for the passed 3 weeks and the ball has not helped.
