I'm scared now. I got two positive pregnant tests a few night ago

The app said I'm 5weeks and 4 days. I woke up with this sharp pain in my lower abdomen and been having it all , then I started seeing pink blood, it was light. Now I used the bathroom and it's red. And I'm still having cramps.

I can't see a doc till tomorrow.
