I dont even know....

Ok so im in cycle day 22 (usually 28-30 days AF is due june 1) today i had the worst hot flashes EVER! I usually get them the day before and the day af starts. Today i was literally sweating! It was a balmy rainy 55degrees today and while at wor we took the kids for a walk and i went out with no jacket and was still swearing! I also had slight cramping/pain in my lower belly. Any suggestions?
