Can dehydration cause increased bpm?

Viviana ❤️ • Texas girl ❤️ Saved by the grace of God ❤️ southern and proud to be an American ❤️
I haven't been drinking as much water as I usually do (64 ounces is my usual) and I have noticed my bpm has increased by 3 almost everyday this week. I am wondering if there was a correlation between that and my water consumption. Or rather, I need to "challenge" my heart muscle more at the gym. Anyone have any idea or suggestions on how to make it lower or at least stop increasing lol?
