Generally, natural has a shorter recovery time. My first i was up and going the 3rd day like i never had a baby. My second one, i was up and going in 7 days like i hadnt had a baby.

Unless medically necessary to get a c section, you should really reach for natural. When the baby is pushed through the birthing canal, it squeezes everything out of the babies airway nose, mouth and even ears. Very benificial to the baby.
