Okay so I'm currently on my period and this is my last month ttc baby #2 before seeing a fertility specialist! We've been trying for 14 months and my periods have been irregular since first baby was born. I started yesterday and my last started March 24. Anyways, what can I do to up our chances of conceiving this month!!??!! I swear we've tried everrrryyyything. 😩
