I know that having stringy milk come out can be from a plugged duct but i've had it at literally all 6 of my pumping sessions so far today from what seems like the same duct. And it has been increasing in amounts, my last one probably equaled the size of a quarter between what i pulled out of my nipple and strained from the collection bottle. I don't have any pain in my breast or anything else that would tell me I certainly have a plugged duct although i always get less milk from that side. Is this normal? I'm 3 weeks pp and currently exclusively pumping due to a low milk supply and a bad latch.
