How so after having your baby can you have sex or begin excerising?

Wait the 6 weeks. Trust me. Your body will thank you. Even after 6 weeks I wish I would have waited 8. And if you have sex, use lube. First time after baby sucks bad. Like losing your virginity. It hurts.

The doctors will say wait about 6 weeks to have sex, just so your healed and you don't get an infection and your also very fertile! That's how I'm pregnant at 6 months and have A 7 month old! :) you can exercise as soon as you feel up to it really, make sure stitches or what not down there are healed! Sometimes doctors just say wait a week or so!

It depends on your body and whenever you're ready. I only waited 3 weeks and it was great lol
