Period stains?!?

Can someone please tell me how to get rid of stains because my period came while I was asleep the other night and it got all over my favourite pair of trackies 😭 pls help

Its the same thing, I do with my cloth pads. I soak them under cold water and press on it, until the water doesn't show no more blood. Use tide stain remover, hydrogen peroxide, or oxyclean remover. Then put them on a cold water and stain remover wash spin, in the washer machine.

When you take them off run cold water over the stain and let it sit in cold water for a lil bit and after your down wash them.

Hydrogen peroxide mixed with table salt and soap; either dish soap or hand soap, it doesn't matter. The measurements aren't exact, so I would say maybe 3 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide, a few squirts of soap, and a few shakes of salt. The hydrogen peroxide is the part that really helps, so don't forget that.

Soak them in a bit of cold water .. Then take them out of the water and cover the blood affected area in salt !!!

Then roll them up and let them soak for a few hours in cold water and then wash them it works a treat!!
