Breastfeeding first time mom

Butterfly
know it's a weird feeling to have as I would love to be able to say I can't wait to breastfeed. While I am very eager to supply my baby his nutrition thru my own body, I am a little skeptical to have a baby attached to my breast. I want to exclusively have my baby on breast milk but am struggling thinking of letting him latch.. Anyone please help? How do I get past this weird feeling? I am currently 24 weeks!

Honestly once you see your baby and you do it the first couple times it won't be weird anymore.

It is so natural 😘Once you see your baby, everything will fall into place that and weird feeling you once had will no longer be there, I promise. Breastfeeding is such a wonderful experience for both you and your baby. With my first born 7 years ago, I felt the same exact way. I was skeptical on how I would feel having a baby on my breast. Minutes after she was born, she latched on and all of those weird pre breast feeding feelings were long gone.It will all change once your sweet baby makes his or her way into this world 💓

I.have the same feeling, so I got a pump as well. I have both my sisters support, my mother and everyone else around me. There's also WIC, I plan to go there for breastfeeding support. I just don't want to give my baby formula but I feel weird about breastfeeding.34/4

Its hard to imagine, but once the baby arrives it just all clicks.
