So I am new here. I am having my Mirena IUD removed tomorrow morning and then we begin the process of TTC. I am lying here unable to sleep because I am feeling overwhelmed, anxious, excited... Etc. I have two daughters already but both were Wonderful Surprise babies. This whole TTC thing is a new world for me. We want to conceive as soon as possible, can we do that right away? How do I start tracking cycles since I have been without a period for the last year plus (bc of Mirena)? Should I start with an ovulation detector? How do those work...would it even be beneficial?
