What side affects did you have with mirena birth control?

I haven't noticed any side effects in the almost five years I've had it

My mom has this and she said the other day that the only side effect is that it could get pushed through your uterus and just be floating in your body somewhere. It it extremely rare and causes no harm if it happens.
