Okay so I gave birth to my wonderful son a week and a half ago is it possible to get my period this soon??

Usually any bleeding the first 6-8 weeks is still considered post natal bleeding(discarding all the excess tissue/fluid/blood from the pregnancy).

Yes. My friends that have also get dried up milk or just decided not to breast feed but I'm sure that's not always the case. If its excessive I would talk to your Dr. Though.
