Is this normal?

I've been with the same partner for three years, and now have two children with him. Ever since my 2nd, I've bled after having sex. I just got an ultrasound, and everything is normal down there. What's wrong with me?

I had that happen for a while, which lead to me going to the doctor. They found  cysts which caused me to have surgery to remove them. While they were in there, they saw endometrial implants which can cause bleeding after intercourse apparently. It also doesn't show up on ultrasounds :/ hoping that's not the case for you, but if you start having more pain than usual while cramping during AF definitely see your doctor again just to be on the safe side.
