38 weeks 2 days, pink tinged mucous plug?

So I'm not sure if this is a sign of possibly meeting our little lady, but I didn't get any bloody show with my first daughter due to my water breaking with her. I normally see some mucous plug here and there, but this was pink tinged and I've been cramping ALL day with no relief now. I had to wipe three times just to feel dry and still my cramps aren't letting up any.
