Do you floss regularly?

So I went to the dentist this last week to get my wisdom teeth looked at to be taken out. Come to find out that I have numerous cavities in between my teeth and they say it is because my flossing game isn't strong. I have honestly never flossed, when got the teeth cleaning lesson in school they didn't stress flossing as much as they do now so it's just really programmed in there. So I'm wondering to you wonderful people out there, do you floss?
