Mild contractions

Went in for my twin boys stress test and they are doing great but doc came rushing in the room bc I was having small contractions. Had to be admitted and monitored for 5 hours. I was finally sent home now she told me to stay home from work for a week. My cervix is still long but just makes me nervous. I don't feel any pain or contractions at all. I am 28 weeks today with them. I just hope they stay in there!
