Approaching 26 weeks now and I can hardly believe it! 💚

It seems like it was just yesterday when I found out we were expecting, I was 5 weeks at the time! It's been a whole 20 weeks since we found out and I can't believe how far we've come. So incredibly blessed even though it came as a complete surprise and our living situation isn't ideal but just thinking I'm creating a life inside me is just mind blowing. Baby will be sharing our room with us until we move out (he'll be about 3 months old by then) and I'm getting the room straightened up, trying to make space for all the new stuff we're going to be getting here very soon, trying to get the items we need to sell priced and ready to go (boyfriend works on foreclosures and when he does trash outs, they're allowed to take possessions left inside the homes so he finds some really neat stuff from antiques to jewelry to old school video games and consoles!) but just envisioning the room getting ready for our little boy is really making me emotional like "he's going to be here in 10-14 weeks!!!" There's so much to do, so much to prepare, so much in general! First time parents here too by the way! We just finished our registries, the baby shower is being planned, and we're just so incredibly grateful and overwhelmed and emotional and excited all at the same time! Can't wait to get the storage dressers and cubes and start setting things up next week and then hopefully everything will come together smoothly!
