Baby monitor

I can't choose baby monitor. I've been looking into Angelcare with motion sensor and camera and it alerts you if the baby stops breathing or moving. But I'm worried about false alarms. Any advice on choosing a baby monitor? Just FYI I'm a super paranoid person so yeah I need something to calm me down.
