Passed out last night at work...

12w 3d and i started a new job last night @ a hotel(front desk) anyways, ig i got too hot and blacked out & passed out (in front of 2 guests -_-) and fell forward and hit my chest and arm on the desk. Is madddly bruised up. I dont think i hit my belly but should i still be worried????
