Which one you used Pad or tampons?

I used pad because it comfortable and not worried get blood on my pants and easy to change it. I cannot used tampons at all, one I have very heavily flow two it feel like I have something stick up inside me all the time, feel way uncomfortable. So I rather used pads.

I just wear both because sometimes i have a heavy flow and dont have time to change it, plus id be worried about leaking

Tampons. On heavy days I'll add a panty liner to be safe and at the very end I'll wear a liner on its own. I hate pads (though I do sleep in them because of TTS) because I can't stand the idea of sitting in blood all day. I shower like crazy when I have to use them.

I always leak when  i wear pads every single time so i wear tampons & if i can a menstrual cup but my period has been so light that in too dry down there so i cant use it
