Hey, my baby is 5 days old i am a ftm, we struggled hard the first few days baby would not latch i was hand expressing colustrum and pumping and by day 3 i tearily gave him formula because otherwise i would be starving him, it was a huge disapointment after having a emerg cesearean. Anyways persistence and S and S feeding paid off baby has been latching great today my breasts seem to be producung....soooo long drawn out my baby seems to feed and feed its been like an hr and he is still hanging out sucking sometimes resting and sucking...is there a point when i can delatch him?? Or let him go till he falls off? I really need to pee!
