If I take my pill every night at the same time. Should I be worried about being pregnant? I've had unprotected sex this month.

If you're taking the pill, you are having protected sex.  Do you mean sex without condoms?

Go get a test or get to the doctor.you should be fine but I've known people that had thier birth control fail for various reasons.if you've gotten sick after taking the pill,or you've taken some over the counter meds at the same time as your bc.just get a cheap dollarstore test to be safe.and read up on the pregnancy test online.the box didn't explain that even a faint line can mean positive.nobody ever taught me about any of that stuff.i was super upset when I found out it had been positive because that meant I'd had a miscarriage ),:
