I'm 36wks and figure this next week I should really make an effort to pack my bags!! My 2nd child and a little bit more relaxed in the preparation department. What are essential items that I should pack for both baby & I? Must haves. I am wanting to pack only the necessaries with a few extras. We live nearby hospital so it will be easy to go get something if not packed and needed! TIA

Also, have a breast pump that is pretty much new still but haven't had to use in awhile. How do you check if everything is in working order?
