What can I take?

What can I take for a migraine? I'm 11 weeks pregnant and it's I intense that it's making me sick 😖 I'm not usually someone who takes medicine for anything so I'm not sir what's ok during pregnancy?

I do excedrin tension headache. Made up of  Acetaminophen and caffeine. Only thing that works for mine. I get migraines often and this is what my obgyn recommended.
