Cramps

Okay so I need some help with dealing with my cramps. I don't have endometriosis, they just suck enough to the point where I can't sleep. I already know the water trick (my body is evil and has adapted to such tactics) and heating pads are a waste of money. Help a girl out please, I have no time nor money to try to overdose on pain meds.
