Cant sleep

Idk if its cause its about 80 degrees at night in philly with no air conditioner but im 10w 6d with it being 3am.  Head was banging so bad so it was hard to fall asleep in the first place.  Anybody else getting headaches!? This just started with the heat & ive been stressed at work.  Then my SO tells me he cant make the 12 week ultrasound thats been planned since 6w.  Something got pushed up at his work but everything happening right now has me seeing it as a reflection of what my happen once the baby comes.  Especially since i told him i plan to stop working.  Everything pops in your head at 3am, needed to vent.
