Spotting/bleeding tmi

I've seen a lot of posts where people put if you are bleeding or have red spotting or clotting it's an emergency and you are probably miscarring and I wish someone would have told me it'll be ok. I stressed and worried myself til I was sick and went to the doctors after a lot of bright red bleeding and our peanut was there healthy and heart beating. A few days later I had clotting and my doctor had me come For an ultrasound due to the clotting and the baby was still there heart rate of 175! So just because you are spotting or bleeding and it's brown, pink , red or clotting doesn't necessarily mean the worst. Have faith 🙏🏻💙
