I'm 7w6d and going in for another ultrasound! I had one last week at the doctor's office and found out I have a tilted uterus - she doesn't believe in giving transvaginal ultrasounds, and couldn't find the baby. The day previous, I had gone to a 2D/3D/4D ultrasound clinic and I saw the baby after a ton of searching (so the doctor's visit didn't worry me). I know little one is in there; but the equipment at the doctor's office is so old and is not as sensitive as the newer technology.
