Period get clots?

Lately in past 2 months I been getting my period but within blood clot .. Is it normal...? Since I have been on births control for 5 years and this is happening to me. Has anyone get like this ..? I just want to get sick worry or what should I do?? Help please .....

Whenever I get my period I always get clots just part of the endometrium lining shedding.

Yes its normal. I use to get that all the time. The only change in my diet is that I'm vegetarian now and don't get clots.

I have them too, they just started a few years ago when I started having sex... It should be okay
