Help please!

My doctor put me on progesteron pills for cycle days 15-26. It's been over a week since taking my last pill. My boobs have been hurting with on and off slight cramping. The cramping has stopped but boobs still hurt. I notice today when wiping myself I had a tiny bit of blood on the toilet paper not much at all but it stopped. Idk what's going on. Took a pregnancy test last Sunday and was negative. When are you supposed to start period after taking the progestrone pills?!!!!!
