I went to use the bathroom and when I wipe I had some clear cm mix in with some brown stuff. What does that mean?

It's a mixture of vaginal mucus and old blood from your period

When that happened to me my period started about 2 days later. You might just be starting your period. But if it persists you should probably go talk to your doctor. Hope all goes well!
