I went to the hospital last night on doctors orders due to my mucus plug. I've been losing it in pieces but last night it started come out with bright red blood. They did an exam and my cervix is closed and I'm not actively bleeding. They sent me home rather fast.

I however am still getting bright red bloody discharge all day today and it's more blood than mucus.

Have any other mommas experienced anything like this?

My 2 previous pregnancies were 34 weekers, preterm labor started at 25 and 27 weeks with them. Last night they said since it's not active labor it's not preterm labor. So I honestly at this point have no clue what so ever.
