Haven't have my period in 2 months, tested n I'm negative, had several symptoms (backache, cramping, bloating, fatigue, nausea, etc.), now my period came down unexpectedly... when it came down it was very pink/brown and stretchy mucus like... went home after an hour later to refresh myself and now I'm not bleeding at all... anyone ever went through this before?...

Should I still go to the doctor and see if I could be pregnant even though my period already came down because of what I been experiencing???
