My labia tore during birth... what do I do now ?

It effing hurts to pee and the stitches came apart.. idk what to do :(

That sounds sooo painful. Definitely call your doctor about the stitches.

Call the dr about your stitches. When you go to pee use a bottle to spray warm water on the area as you are peeing.

Ouch! That sound so painful. I would talk to your dr and see if they can restitch or something. In the mean time do you use a squirt bottle with calendula to help with healing? There's also a company where I live called pea in a pod they make a product called sittin pretty. It's a spray you put on when ever you need and it kind numbs the area and helps with healing. I'm sure there is other products like it out there. I used it for quiet sometime a few times a day and whenever I have a shower to go to for a new mom I give them that. It's amazing!
