Beginning a daily run while pregnant
So here's the thing... before I got pregnant I would attend a kickboxing class 2-3 times a week, I would go on 30+ minute walk/jogs/runs, I wasn't a very active person but it was something I did during the week to keep me active and help my guilt of bad eating habits, ha!
So.. I got pregnant (again) after the loss of a miscarriage and become very paranoid of exercising. Also, everyone knows the first trimester isn't easy. So now I'm in the second trimester, I'm 16 weeks now and I really want to get back in there but I am afraid.. I have read how it's not a good idea to start running when pregnant but I'm not starting, technically, I'm starting back! Is it safe for me to do this or should I just stick with walking? (Which I hate, I like to jog!!)
Any exercising advice would be greatly appreciated!!
