Can I become pregnant?

My boyfriend and I has sex for a couple of seconds to a minute. It was a few days after my period and not on glows fertile days. He has not ejuclationed in two weeks. I'm not on birth control and he did not have a condom. He did not cum when we did it. He does not know about Precum but says he didn't feel any.Could I get pregnant? What are my chances of becoming pregnant? I've been cramping in my right side could that be ovulation? Also was taken off bc pills in October am I even fertile yet?
