How do I know when I'm fertile?

Trying to figure out how to use this app I thought it would tell me when I'm ovulating and fertile and all that? Please help?

It gives suggestions but I use a weekly planner and make symbols (in case someone else finds it) for what happened in a day.. Like a * might be af and a winky face may be when we bd

I do follow glows suggestions on when to take opk and also mark those in my book and in the app..

I just bought some OPK to use because Glow said my fertile days where different than anothe app I used. I also have started charting my CM. I don't measure my BBT but some women use that as well.
