I just found out today that I lost my baby twins...two weeks ago they both had heartbeat. Today they should have been 8 weeks but they stopped growing at week 6. We are devastated and can't stop crying. I know this happens for a reason but there is no way to tell my body and my mind that.  Doctor says that I need to make a decision either wait so they come out naturally or have a sugery. I don't feel good carrying around two babies with no heartbeat since I still feel pregnant and have all the symptoms but also the surgery scares me. Any advice?
