What does 8% high mean on my last day of my fertility window? Should I be worried if I had unprotected sex but he didn't finish inside?

8% is still a chance, though with pull-out also is a slim one. My personal policy is not to worry unless period is missed, but if you're not in a position to handle becoming pregnant then emergency contraception may be a good option for you.
