Trying to conceive, any suggestions to those who struggled

I have been trying off and on(mostly on) for over a year! I had one miscarriage nearly a year ago(8weeks) and one in February(13weeks). It took me forever to get pregnant with those, but the doctor thinks she's figured out what's wrong and why I miscarry! So anyone who struggled getting pregnant, is there anything that helped you get pregnant easier/faster?! please and thank you!
