Back to basics....
I'm 39 and I've been trying for 10 months charting bbt religiously I gave up smoking gave up coffee put on 10kg I am way over stressed in life work 6 days a week have a 15 year old and newly remarried almost a year ago so.... This months goal for me is to reduce stress, not bbt and loose some weight and if I feel like the occasional coffee or smoke I'm going to have it if it reduces my stress levels done!!! ?
