I woke up with some contraction so I went shower and I told my boyfriend it's time ,he went shower ,I called my doctor she told me to go to admitted at the hospital since I am 40 weeks and 2 days.I had like 6 people with me when I got to the hospital. When the nurse check me I was 3 centimeters so they ok we going to keep you.they change me room,they told me to walk around ,I did walk around ,when they checked me again I was 4 centimeters so they keep walking around so I did .when they checked me again I was still 4.so I kept walking while my family waiting. When it was like 4 am my contraction was coming faster so I asked for some pain medication and they told she's going to check for me but before I asked for the pain medication I told them I want to go all natural so she came back with no medication ,she told me she will put me in the tub so said yes ,when I got on the tub ,it helped me with my back pain .they finally check me again I was 7 centimeters but he's was laying wrong so he gave me a lot of back pain .I pray to God to help me with all the pain I was going through. My labor starts at 8:50 am and I had him at 9:06 am. He weight 9 pounds 4 oz 22 inches. I had all natural ,no tearing ,no pain medication but it was all worth it.the doctors and nurses was very nice to me through it all.My bf was crying when he sees him and he told me I am a trooper ,he proud of me .

I wish all of you pregnant women out there the best ,safe delivery and speedy recovery .
