Can endometriosis affect IVF?

We are thinking about going for IVF. We have been trying for two years. I do not have any symptoms of endometriosis. But if I have it in hidden form, can it fail my IVF? I am worried. Can ladies with endometriosis share their experiences?

I would discuss this with your doctor. If you don't have any of the signs or symptoms of endometriosis then there's no reason to think that you have it.

I don't personally have endometriosis, but I have a close friend who does and Has went through 3 rounds of IVF....she lost the babies all 3 times. 6 weeks, 9 weeks, and 11 weeks. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with her having endometriosis or if there is another underlying issue.

On a positive note, my aunt has endometriosis and a blocked tube....1 round of IVF and now she has 15 year old twins👍🏼
