Tmi nipple

My boobs are some what sore but I've never had nipples that were this firey red. Approximately 8 dpo, had cramping yesterday evening pretty bad and a lot of white/creamy cm. Possible that I'm pregnant? Had a miscarriage at the beginning of April and had my first period 30 days later. Any advice would be great as I think it's too early to take a test and get reliable results.
