How to manage herpes

I think my second outbreak is coming on. I have a small blister down there and it's very painful. My first outbreak I went to the doctor and was given medication but I was just wondering if there was a way to manage it without seeing a doctor, I've just moved countries and don't have any medical insurance so a doctor will be expensive 😞

Mix together coconut oil and a couple drops of tea tree oil, it's a miracle it helps so much. I'm on an outbreak too. This is a super common home remedy. Also try upping valtrex. Also try the vitamin lysine you can get it at any pharmacy like Walgreens or target, it's with the other vitamins. Let me know if you have anymore questions! It gets easier each time!! I promise

Put Baking soda on it, it may sting but it will clear it and eat healthy, stay away from eating nuts. Take vitamins like lysine

Oh wow did missyYaYa just said “Maybe people should select their sexual partners better” why would you even say that to someone that is asking for help and instead you’re here been judgmental.

I completely agree with Missyyaya. She can't really do much other than go to a doctor. It's been advised a few times now

Apple cider vinegar or mashed garlic...It’s going to burn but it heals you so fast

Have continued doses of Valtrex from your doctor and take when you have an outbreak

Call the doctor. Get on a daily supply of Valtrex. It'll prevent future outbreaks. If you feel one coming on, double the dose.
