Symptoms maybe?

So I have a question for all you pregnant woman. I'm not yet pregnant but this past month we tried every day during my fertile window sep for first and last. Since probably 2-3 days ago I have had what are called hunger pangs where I feel like I'm hungry all the time especially when I eat and a few hours later, I have had thick white discharge more then normal and my boobs are sore. Are these pregnancy symptom signs?

I didn't have this symptom. Try not to symptom spot bc pms symptoms mimic pregnancy symptoms. You will drive yourself crazy.

It's hard to say because every woman is different. I never had any symptoms apart from tiredness. 
Sore breast can come and go even when some women are due to have a period. And some women can get thick discharge even from ovulating. The only thing really that you can do is wait and take a test.

Every woman is different, for some, those are and some they're just normal premenstrual stuff. Me personally though since you're asking about people personal experience, I don't get sore boobs during that time of the month and I don't get overly moody or anything weird. So I knew when I had painful boobies and was moody as all get out and was tired all day and just not myself, that something was going on. And all 4 times I've conveived, I've been right about my instincts.
