3 or 6 wks

So last Monday I had went to the store for a pregnancy test but was so anxious that I bought two and was just gonna take one Mon then wait till the app said I was ready to take one. Well it came back positive! 😂 but it was bold positive no faint. For my son no test came positive till I was 2mos. Last month my period was only one day late and even tho it looked like a normal period it didn't feel normal. Only lasted 4 days and only kinda light. I haven't made a appointment yet till I take another test on memorial day to see if its still positive. But I KNOW I'm pregnant. Bf and others knew I was before I did!! I'm wondering could I be 6 weeks or 3(almost 4 now)?? Is it possible?
