Okay so I started my 1st pack of birth control pills 3 weeks ago and I soon will take the little green pills that are for the 4th week and give you a period my question is let's say your boyfriend ejaculates  inside of you during sex how do you know if you're pregnant or not since the pill will give you your fake period ?
